Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Diamond Synergy, operating under the trade name Golden Brooms ("Golden Brooms," "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
Golden Brooms offers professional cleaning services within the Netherlands. All services are described on our website or agreed upon in writing. Custom packages and additional tasks must be agreed in advance.
Services are customizable based on client needs. However, custom requests will only be implemented if the technician is comfortable and capable of performing them within the booked time.
3. Agreements and Quotations
All quotations are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
An agreement is established once the client confirms the booking and receives written confirmation from Golden Brooms.
Changes to agreements must be made in writing.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros
Payment is due within 7 days after invoice unless otherwise stated.
In case of late payment, Golden Brooms reserves the right to charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service fee.
Rescheduling is possible but subject to availability.
7. Liability
Golden Brooms is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, loss of profit, or reputational damage.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Clients must notify Golden Brooms of complaints within 48 hours of service delivery.
8. Intellectual Property & Media Use
All photos, videos, and content created by Golden Brooms (including those posted on social media or our website) are protected by copyright.
Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or republication of our content without explicit written permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to take legal action in case of copyright infringement
8. Force Majeure
Golden Brooms is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, strikes, governmental restrictions).
9. Confidentiality
Golden Brooms treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
11. Language
These Terms are provided in English as Golden Brooms operates in English.
In case of translation discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
By engaging Golden Brooms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

6. Client Responsibility
Disclose any serious mold and/or dirt issues before booking.
Clearly communicate cleaning expectations.
Ensure the space is accessible and clutter-free, especially for deep cleaning.
We will not lift or move heavy objects under any circumstances.
